The idea behind the suite is simple: your iPhone or iPad screen can be both the negative and the light source. Import a photo and Bromyde turns it into a digital negative you can print onto real photographic paper: projected through an enlarger, or contact-printed directly on the glass.
Every app also has to work next to open light-sensitive paper. That means no stray white pixels, no system keyboard flashing in, and no alert that lights up the room. Nothing on screen can be allowed to fog a sheet.
